You must notify GL96 immediately at support@gl96.click if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. GL96 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.
Do not share your GL96 account credentials with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
GL96 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank and other participating banks), and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered under your own legal name. GL96 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Attempting to deposit from an account not belonging to you may result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. These are displayed within the deposit section of your GL96 account dashboard. GL96 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your GL96 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the cashier section of your account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
